TradeBridge is an origination infrastructure platform operated by GFour Digital. We help capital providers access structured contractor opportunities across specialty trade markets.

TradeBridge is not a lender, broker, investment advisor, underwriting entity, or credit decision maker. We do not originate loans, underwrite credit, negotiate financing terms, or provide capital directly.

All lending decisions, risk assessments, approvals, rates, terms, and funding outcomes are made independently by the applicable capital provider or partner institution.

2. Business Use Only

Our services are intended solely for businesses, commercial entities, lenders, capital providers, and related professional users. TradeBridge does not provide consumer loans, personal financial services, or consumer credit products.

3. Partner Inquiry and Access

Submitting a partner inquiry does not guarantee access to TradeBridge, our pipeline, opportunity data, handoff flow, or any commercial relationship with GFour Digital.

All partner relationships are subject to internal review, fit assessment, operational alignment, and mutual agreement on scope, volume, handoff standards, and commercial terms.

4. Opportunity Information

Any business, contractor, market, or opportunity information made available through TradeBridge is provided for partner review and operational context only.

We do not guarantee that any opportunity will result in a transaction, approval, funded deal, signed customer, revenue outcome, or any specific business result.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number, you provide your express written consent to receive informational text messages from TradeBridge / GFour Digital, including partner inquiry updates, scheduling messages, pipeline notifications, and related operational communications.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

• Program Description: TradeBridge may use SMS messaging for partner inquiry updates, scheduling, operational notifications, pipeline coordination, and account-related communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GFour Digital does not charge for SMS messaging, but your carrier may charge standard SMS/MMS rates.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message, or by emailing tradebridge@gfourdigital.com.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at tradebridge@gfourdigital.com.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, copy, visual design, layouts, trade names, service marks, systems, workflows, data structures, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GFour Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative works without express written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Attempt to access systems, data, accounts, or opportunity information without permission.
