4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and the materials needed to complete the work. This may include:

• Brand assets, logos, images, copy, and business details.
• Access to hosting, domains, CMS platforms, CRMs, or tools.
• Timely feedback, approvals, and required decisions.
• Accurate legal, compliance, pricing, and business claims.
• Any licenses, subscriptions, or third-party accounts required for the project.

Delays in providing required materials, access, or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

5. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some projects may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, CRMs, payment processors, APIs, email services, automation tools, communication platforms, or software vendors. GFour Digital is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

6. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, milestones, subscriptions, retainers, and final balances should be defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused if required payments are not received on time.

7. Ownership and Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final project files, code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred after the agreed payment obligations are satisfied. GFour Digital may retain rights to pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, reusable components, methods, workflows, templates, and general know-how used to deliver the project.

8. Website, Software, and IT Performance

We aim to build clean, reliable, and practical digital systems. However, no website, application, automation, integration, or IT environment can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently compatible with every future update, or immune from third-party issues.

9. No Guaranteed Results

GFour Digital may help improve digital systems, workflows, user experience, conversion paths, performance, and technical reliability. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, or operational outcomes unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Confidentiality

During a project, clients may provide access to private business systems, credentials, documents, or technical information. We use reasonable care to protect confidential information and expect clients to do the same with any private information, systems, methods, or materials shared by GFour Digital.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, services, systems, or deliverables for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. This includes attempts to:

• Interfere with website or system security.
• Misuse forms, APIs, automations, or communication tools.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Use our work in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute work without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFour Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, platform downtime, or third-party service issues arising from use of our website or services.
